Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Guests frequently praise the hotel's excellent location, finding it ideal for exploring Madrid's main attractions on foot, including Sol, Gran Via and Plaza Mayor; a detail is how close it is to eating restaurants and getting a taxi. The modern design and cleanliness are often highlighted, though some guests have noted that certain rooms can feel a bit small. Breakfast is offered in a cafe next to the hotel; while generally good, with tasty smoothies, the gluten-free bread might not suit every palate.

a mixed bag, i suppose

central locationmissing cupboard handledepressing view
the central location proved acceptable for navigating the area.
The room i booked faced a wall, it was a depressing view. also, a handle was missing from the lone cupboard. It was annoying to deal with. the room felt small, barely enough space to manage luggage.

loved it! totally coming back

central locationclose shoppingfriendly hotelmissing closet
the location is super central. shopping and food were seriously close. the service was good and the place felt clean. it was also friendly!
my room felt a little small and tight. i really wanted a closet but it was missing! breakfast in the restaurant was like a second-class experience.
Facilities

the location gives the possibility to move even without using transport to the attractions located in the area. several metro and bus stops are within walking distance. the soundproofing of the windows is good.
